Come, Join With Us

Sisters,

Our discussion this Sunday will be based on Elder Uchtdorf's talk from October's conference - "Come, Join With Us."  His message remind us that regardless of our circumstances, personal history, or the strength of our testimony - there is room for us in this church.  

As you read or listen to this message, please ponder on the question posed in his introduction, "Why would anyone want to join such a church?"

Please consider how you would personally answer that question if asked. What drives you to do the many things the Lord has asked of us? What about this faith and organization encourages you to continue when trials or responsibilities may seem overwhelming and too much to bear?

I pray our discussion will allow us to support each other in our efforts to endure faithfully to the end and open our arms to those around us and invite them to come, join with us.
