I know this is random and might not be appropriate for a RS blog but I am desperate to find good Chinese food in this area. I have good food ideas/restaurants for every other food/cuisines but I can't seem to find affordable Chinese food!
Please let me know if you have a favorite place and I will trade your good ideas with COOKIES!!!

You will notice I keep using the word "good" - I have lowered any expectation that deals with "great" when it comes to Chinese food in Far North Dallas.
Since Alpha Chinese closed it has been pretty sad around here. I can reccommend all of the soups at Premier Eggroll on Beltline between Alexis and Preston. The cost is about 1.60 for a serving. The soup makes a good lunch or light dinner.
I tend to like cheaper to-go Chinese food because it's more Americanized. We like Rice Cafe on Belt Line between Preston and Monfort. We also like Golden Egg Roll on Spring Valley and Midway.
